THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE LICENSE HOLDER NAMED IN THIS DOCUMENT AND SCHOOL HOUSE BOOKS, INC.  BY PAYING THE AGREED UPON SUBSCRIPTION PRICE FOR THE SCHOOL HOUSE BOOKS, INC. SITE LICENSED CLASSROOM MATERIALS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

This license agreement permits the license holder named below to use the web site: "The Scarlet Letter Classroom"  for a one year period.  Using the license holder's given name and password the teacher may access the site on the internet.  This name and password shall not be shared with any other person.  If other consumers, teachers, or students want to purchase a similar subscription , they can do so by clicking on

This license agreement permits the license holder named below to use the web site: "The Scarlet Letter Classroom" for a one year period.  Using the license holder's given name and password the teachers and the students in the entire school district may access the site on the internet.
Purchase Price:  $300.00 per school per year minus 20%.
